Newtown brewers and distillers, Young Henrys, are making a triumphant return to the arts scene with an electrifying event that is set to rock the Albion Hotel during the Sydney Fringe Festival.

Aptly named Best Served Loud, this unique and immersive experience promises an exceptional fusion of comedy, arts, and music, taking the stage throughout the month of September.

On Saturday, September 16, Young Henrys, in collaboration with One Day Entertainment and the City of Parramatta, will unleash a carefully curated mini-festival that promises to be a vibrant celebration of Western Sydney's culture and talent.

Leading the charge at this music-packed extravaganza is the incredibly talented Kamilaroi-Samoan singer-songwriter, Becca Hatch. Known for hits like 2560 and Please U, and more recently collaborating with Club Angel for Ride For Me, the South-Sydney artist has steadily been flexing her vocals across the local music scene and has gone on to lead her first ever headline show in Sydney’s esteemed Opera House in 2023.

Also gracing the Best Served Loud stage is the trailblazing Vv Pete. Taking the local hip-hop scene by storm in 2023 with hits like Frauds and Jordan1s, Vv Pete has enjoyed an upwards trajectory, going on to support major international acts Denzel Curry, Jay1 and more.

Joining the lineup is Blacktown's own rapper and producer, Isaac Puerile, who has been making waves in the Australian rap scene.

Known for pushing boundaries with his EP i hate you too and tracks like twofa and PARANOID, Puerile's dynamic performance is expected to leave a lasting impression.

Bringing the event to an unforgettable close is the self-proclaimed "next Aussie icon," Sollyy. Establishing himself as Sydney’s go-to producer after his 2022 collab album OPPBOYZ with Dxvndre, as well as countless collaborations across Australia and New Zealand’s emerging hip-hop scene, Sollyy is a local hitter to keep an eye on.

Hosting the energetic hip-hop showcase is Del, the presenter of FBi Radio's The Snacc Pacc. Del has been instrumental in spotlighting the resurgence of Western Sydney's music, arts, and culture scene. The beats will keep flowing thanks to local multi-disciplinary DJ Slays, who will man the decks and ensure the party vibe persists.

Doors will open at 5 PM and the event will continue until 9 PM, providing an evening of non-stop entertainment.

Nazlican Eren of One Day Management said of the event, “Young Henrys and One Day share the same ethos - and that is to support and nurture community. We're so excited to be collaborating with Young Henrys on this special edition of Best Served Loud and to showcase the incredible and diverse talent that continues to come out of Western Sydney!”

Head to the Young Henrys or Sydney Fringe Festival website to secure your tickets before they’re gone.
