Another day, another example of Chris Brown being a clown.

In a now deleted Instagram post, Chris Brown posted making fun of acclaimed pianist, producer, songwriter and arranger Rober Glaspar.

After finding out that Glasper had beaten him in the category of Best R&B album at last night's Grammy's he posted an unprovoked barrage at the artist.

"Y’all playing. Who da fuck is this? I gotta get my skills up… ima start playing the harmonica," before posting a picture of him playing the instrumental mockingly.

Chris Brown should know who Robert Glaspar is. Brown effectively posted a story which revealed his ignorance and his arrogance. Glasper has been influential in the R&B and soul space for over two decades and acted as a steady flow of amazing music throughout his career.

He was won the Grammy for his album Black Radio III, the third record in his series of genre bending rap meets jazz meets R&B records. It features a legendary list of collaborators including the likes of Common, Gregory Porter, H.E.R., India.Arie, Jennifer Hudson, Killer Mike, Lalah Hathaway, Meshell Ndegeocello, Musiq Soulchild, Q-Tip, Ty Dolla $ign and Yebba.

When an artist is this prolific, this amazing and this respected by peers, its on the person out of the loop to find out who he is.

Chris Brown has now posted an apology on his social media after fans criticised him for making fun of Glasper. “I would like to apologize if you took offense to my reaction at the Grammys,” Brown wrote. “You were not the intended target and I know I came off really rude and mean. After doing my research I actually think your amazing.”

"THE ORGANIZATION ISNT DOING US BLACKS OUR DUE DILIGENCE. YOU AND I SHOULD never be in the same categor."
