Spin Off Announces New Stage With Expanded Line-Up

Adelaide festival Spin Off has today (June 18) announced there will be an extra stage added to the event, focusing solely on house music.

Teaming up with local favourite Cherry Nightclub, Spin Off’s new stage will be the Cherry House Party stage, featuring a range of the club’s resident DJs. The stacked line-up boasts Tommy G, Jonny K, Brad, Geezer, Hector, Krystal, Guns Down, Nineoneone, Some Brown and Brayden. They’ll be joined by MC Manov hosting the stage.

In a press release, Cherry Nightclub's Head of Marketing and Entertainment, Tom Ganly, said: “When the opportunity arose to collab with Adelaide’s fav[ourite] mid-year festival we jumped at it. Spin Off has been doing great things in SA for a number of years now, and it makes perfect sense for Cherry to be a part of the event. We’re super keen to be hosting our own stage at this year’s festival!”

The 11 DJs are the latest addition to an already huge line-up for the South Australian festival, going down on Friday July 19 at Adelaide Showground. girl in red and Conan Gray are locked in to headline the main stage, and will be joined by fellow international stars The Last Dinner Party, Baby Gravy (Yung Gravy and bbno$) and Michael Marcagi. There are some Aussie heavy-hitters on the list too, with Peach PRC, G Flip, Miss Kaninna, Old Mervs and Rum Jungle set to hit the stage.

Over on the Sound Archive stage – likely to be familiar for Heaps Good punters – Spin Off will host DJ Seinfeld, Sam Alfred, jamesjamesjames, Club Angel, Rona., Fukhed, Willo and Divide DJs.

Spin Off also recently announced a competition for one lucky punter to host the festival’s socials for the day, allowing them an opportunity to experience the event from backstage. The #LETMEHOSTSPINOFF competition encourages fans to post a video to either TikTok or Instagram explaining why they’d make a great host.
