Queen of the Internet, singer, songwriter and artist Rebecca Black has today released her debut album Let Her Burn. With the record, she introduces herself as a new kind of pop star.

On the release, Black posted on Instagram stating, "Not lying when I say I’ve spent about half my life dreaming of this day. It’s almost unreal to wake up and see it finally here. Seeing so many of you listening already and talking about your favourites.

"I don’t know if I’d ever be able to articulate to my 13 year old self just how sweet this warmth feels. Thank you from the bottom of my heart."

With the record, Black rewrites her narrative reclaiming her life as her own, burning her past self and showcasing her songwriting maturity, artistic excellence and fierce confidence.

She takes control of her narrative through pop-driven hits. Erase You, the album's opener features futuristic electronic production, Crumbs sees her explore vulnerability and find balance with sexuality, where Destroy Me and Misery Loves Company channel deep emotions and transform them into pop bops made for the dancefloor.

Rebecca Black re-entered the pop limelight with her remix of Friday on its 10-year anniversary. The remix featured Dorian Electra, Big Freedia and 3OH!3 and saw Black become reborn as an underground pop icon. Now she's fully transformed that new era into its purest and most conceptual form with her debut record Let Her Burn.
