Listen back to TNGHT's Lavapalooza Minecraft Festival set

18 August 2020 | 1:42 pm | Emma Jones

Twenty minutes of power from TNGHT straight from Minecraft to our ears.

Across August 14 and 15, over 50 of the world's most loved acts took part in a Minecraft festival. Titled Lavapalooza, the likes of Flatbush Zombies100 gecsBaauerA. G. CookSan Holo and more all took part in the event, which doubled as a fundraiser for the Okra Project, a grassroots collective that provides support to black transgender, non-binary, and gender-nonconforming individuals.

Another act that played during the virtual festival was that of TNGHT, who absolutely decimated with their hard-hitting set. Spanning just under 20 minutes, Hudson Mohawke and Lunice wasted absolutely no time getting right down to business, packing so much into the 19 minutes and leaving us desperate for more in the process. The set comes after HudMo shared a new 14-track album titled B.B.H.E. He also unveiled the first taste of a collaborative new project with Tiga. Lunice recently delivered a remix for San Holo's collaborative track with Broods, titled 'Honest'.

If you missed the set, you are in luck as someone has now shared the audio online. It's not an official upload, so we're not sure how long it'll remain online. Stream it below:
