After ten years in the game, LA-via-Perth's KUČKA has announced her debut album, titled 'Wrestling', is on the way and due out this April.

LA-via-Perth producer and vocalist KUČKA has shared details of her long awaited debut album. Alongside a new single and video titled 'No Good For Me', KUČKA has announced her debut record, titled Wrestling, is set for release April 30 via Soothsayer and LuckyMe.

Wrestling comes from KUČKA after a decade of making music, but arrives as her natural ability to create soulful, unique and peculiar melodies and songs which instantly connect with audiences is at its peak. Having carefully built a reputation as a formidable collaborative partner as well as an innovative and creative force in her own right, KUČKA's work speaks for itself as it operates in a league of its own. With previous singles including 'Drowning', 'Real', 'Contemplation' and 'Ascension' all set to feature on Wrestling, we're already privy to a record which is sure to astound, and 'No Good For Me' only amplifies this prediction even further.

At once real and relatable as it is fantastical and otherworldly, KUČKA's latest release features garage house inflections and a persistent percussion line evoking that of a heartbeat which underpins the exhilarating rush. Speaking of the song, she said, "No Good For Me is a song about letting go of people who don't vibe you up. Writing No Good For Me was about capturing the energy of psyching yourself up to deal with that conflict."

Having already worked with A$AP Rocky, on 'Fashion Killa', Flume and the late SOPHIE (RIP) on the GRAMMY Nominated 'Voices', Vince Staples, Fetty Wap, Kendrick Lamar, Vegyn, Nosaj Thing, Cosmos Midnight and many more, KUČKA's reputation as a fierce collaborator precedes itself, and as she has unveiled more and more of her own solo work as well of the years, her presence as a producer and vocalist capable of creating music unlike anyone else has continued to grow as well. Now, as she moves into 2021 and releases her debut album, she stands ready to let us in on her terms. We cannot wait to hear more!
