James Blake covers Frank Ocean's 'Godspeed'

James Blake has shared a video of himself covering Frank Ocean's Blonde track, 'Godspeed'.

Taking to Twitter to share the cover with fans, Blake told fans his new decade's resolution is to spend more time at his piano instead of his laptop, "for my own sanity." Having had a hand in writing 'Godspeed', the cover is an absolutely beautiful rendition of one of Blonde's most special moments, and is taken to new heights thanks to Blake's heavenly voice and his simple piano arrangement.

"I think I messed up a lyric near the beginning but hey, none of these are gonna be perfect," Blake said on Instagram.

Currently on a tour that has seen him also cover Aqua's 'Barbie Girl' and Billie Eilish's 'when the party's over', Blake teased he might continue more filming covers "if people like it".
