"I was lucky enough to get D on the track for the second to close it off - both of them bringing their signature styles and finesse, rounding off one of my personal favourites on the LP.”

After the announcement of his long awaited debut album What I Breath, Australian born, Newcastle bred, London-based producer Mall Grab has revealed his latest single Times Change with two of grime's most established names in D Double E and Novelist.

The single comes ahead of the release of his long awaited, genre bending debut album which is set for release on the 5th of August via his very own Looking For Trouble imprint.

Speaking on the track, Mall Grab explains: “I made this beat a few years ago in its first iteration with Novelist in mind. Once it reached its final stage I reached out to him, and he wrote the hook and his verse while we were in the studio in west London - conveniently leaving space for a second verse for another London legend.

"I was lucky enough to get D on the track for the second to close it off - both of them bringing their signature styles and finesse, rounding off one of my personal favourites on the LP.”

Times Change quickly fluctuates between half time and full time, treading the line between grime and drum and bass seamlessly. A sonic concoction, the track's underpinning energy is one that is ruthless and heavyweight, featuring rolling breaks, dark bass lines and introspective bars from the two grime legends.

What I Breath sees the powerhouse producer truely define the distinct sonic world that he has created over the past half decade of domination. It features collaborations including Brendan Yates of Turnstile and Nia Archives and ranges between the genres of hardcore, hip hop, pop and unadulterated rave, featuring previously released singles Metaphysical, Love Reigns, Understand and Spirit Wave.
