ONE OFF TRACKS is a writing camp collaboration by hip hop institutions One Day Entertainment and Elefant Tracks and artist run creative space Offbeat Collective for women and non-binary artists.

The camp will be helf over 3 days in April across the inner-west of Sydney on Gadigal land comprising of curated songwriting sessions and music industry workshops.

The camp aims to elevate music created by women and non-binary creatives who face the ongoing structural challenges of working in a male dominated industry.

The camps are headed by Carolina De La Piedra (Elefant Traks), Jannah Beth (Offbeat Collective/Elefant Traks), Minori Ueda (ODE) and Nazlican Eren (ODE), to bring together some of Australia's best emerging talent to create high quality songs with the guidance of highly experienced industry figures.

On the initiative De La Piedra and Beth stated, "Elefant Traks are stoked to be working alongside One Day Entertainment and Offbeat on this female led writing camp to amplify women and non binary musicians. We hope that it can create a sense of community and support for the next gen of artists in this space.”

Eren and Ueda reflect this sentiment stating, “This collaboration has been a longtime coming and we couldn’t be more proud. The calibre of artists, producers and songwriters coming out of the country is at its best right now, so to be able to nurture and provide a space where female and non-binary people can thrive is why we work in these spaces.”
