FISHER Launches 'Out 2 Lunch' Music Festival

A little over a month after announcing that he’d be bringing an EPIIC festival to the Gold Coast, internationally renowned Australian DJ FISHER has officially launched Out 2 Lunch festival.

On Saturday, 4 May, FISHER will headline the inaugural Out 2 Lunch festival, which he created and curated. The event takes place at the famous Coolangatta Beach with fellow electronic stars Vintage Culture – marking the Brazil-based DJ’s first-ever Australian show – Flight Facilities, Little Fritter and Shimmy.

In a statement, FISHER said about today’s exciting announcement, “Guys, I'm coming down under! Are you kidding? We’re on the beach, we’re going mad, get your tickets and get ready to rock & roll. See you on the dance floor!”

Artist pre-sale tickets go on sale at 10 am AEST on Tuesday, 6 February, with general sale tickets available from 10 am AEST on Friday, 9 February, via Ticketek and TEG Live.

VIP ticket packages will be made available next week. Ticket holders will also gain access to a free event bus shuttle to and from the event, with pickup points at Broadbeach Light Rail Station, Varsity Lakes Railway Station, Byron Bay and Brunswick Heads. Park and Ride options will be available from Tugun and Tweed Heads. You can find more information about transport options here.

FISHER announced that he’d launch a new music festival in December. In other recent FISHER news, the DJ will play his first Australian concert of the year for BWS Cool Room this month, with the star recently announced as a co-headliner at this year’s Bonnaroo festival. He shares co-headlining slots with Pretty Lights, Post Malone, Fred again.. and Red Hot Chili Peppers.
